For U.S. orders, you have up to 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Visit https://itembeauty.com/a/returns within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. We'll provide a return label, which you should attach to the original box, if you still have it. Once we receive your return, we'll process the refund accordingly (less a $4.95 return shipping fee).

For international orders, unfortunately, we are not currently accepting returns on international orders. If your order arrived damaged lease head over to this link so our international team may assist you.

For U.S. orders, if you’re totally unhappy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund.
