A. U.S. ORDERS

a. Your satisfaction is always important to us and we’re sorry if your order didn’t work out for you! At this time, ITEM Beauty is unable to provide exchanges. However, if you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund.

b. In order to qualify for a full refund, please submit a request within 30 days of receiving your order. You can submit a request at itembeauty.com/a/returns with your order number and email.

c. We'll provide a return label, which you can attach to the original box (if you still have it). Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund accordingly (minus a $5 return shipping fee).

B. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

a. Your satisfaction is always important to us, and we’re sorry if your order didn’t work out for you! At this time, ITEM Beauty is unable to provide exchanges or returns on international orders. However, if your order arrived damaged, please contact our international team here.
